In my house, pizza night is definitely a family favorite, especially when it is homemade! Homemade pizza is extremely easy on a typical busy weeknight thanks to Trader Joe’s delicious ingredients! In addition to tasting amazing, it is also quite a bit healthier than ordering pizza from a local pizza joint.

Homemade Pizza
Take pizza dough out of the fridge and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.
While the oven is preheating, use a tiny bit of flour and flour a flat surface big enough to roll out the pizza dough.
Roll the dough out until you get the desired shape, and thickness.
Bake the dough for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Drizzle olive oil on partially cooked dough in addition to any of your favorite Italian spices (I used dried Basil).

Spread the desired amount of sauce and cheese out on the pizza leaving enough room for the outside crust.

Place toppings on pizza. (I used pepperonis and sliced green peppers).

Put the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until it looks done!
Simple Salad
Pour bag of Spring Mix into a medium sized bowl.

Slice up cucumber and tomatoes and places on spring mix.
Slice up the cucumbers Cut up tomatoes into small bite-sized pieces
Drizzle the Glaze dressing on the top of the salad.

Serve the pizza and salad together for an easy weeknight meal! In addition to cooking this for your family, you can double the recipe when having people over. Homemade pizza is always a crowd pleaser!

**I also love to have a small glass of red wine with mine!
